We are so excited for our upcoming Provincial Assembly! Our theme is “Grace Upon Grace” from John 16:1 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. We will be celebrating the 15th anniversary of the formation of the Order of the Daughters of the Holy Cross.
Our DHC Chaplain Bp. David Bryan will be speaking along with Bp. Mark Lawrence. There will be break out sessions around our theme Grace upon Grace and times for you to gather with one another for fellowship as well as time to spend alone with the Lord.
Registration Open
Registration is open for all. Double rooms $400, single rooms $600, and spouses $375 based on availability. $400 per person (includes double occupancy room and 8 meals). Commuter registration is also available for Attendees not requiring lodging. It include 5 meals- Dinner Thursday evening, Lunch and Dinner Friday and Saturday.
Transportation options from Asheville Airport- The Ashville airport is 30 minutes from Ridgecrest Conference Center. Shuttle service is available from Asheville Premiere Transportation- (828) 407-022. Taxis/Uber are available from the Airport to the conference center, but will not be available at the conference center back to the airport unless prior arrangements are made in advance. A number of Car Rental agencies operate at the airport as well.
*Request for refunds must be received by August 15, 2024 and a processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. After August 24 no refunds will be made.

Check-out Sunday, September 15 at 10 am
8 Meals are included in the registration price. The Rhododendron dining hall has Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegetarian menu choices.
Most of our rooms and meeting rooms will be in the Rhododendron/Dogwood Complex. The rooms all have 2 queen beds. There are a few accessible rooms available.
Commuter registration for those not desiring accommodations is available which includes attendance at all assemble events and 5 meals.
Ridgecrest Conference Center is a non alcohol facility.
